Renault announced today that they have sold a stake in the team to Lotus Group - not to be confused with Team Lotus, who are at the other end of the grid. The team will be rebraned Lotus-Renault, and will run the black and gold paint scheme of old. Danny Bahar, CEO of Group Lotus says: "We're well aware that there has been a lot of controversy around the usage of our brand in F1 and I'm delighted to be able to formally clarify our position once and for all: we are Lotus and we are back."
